Always trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and keep debris out of the wax pool. Never burn longer than 2-hour intervals. Set the candle on a heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving the room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let the wax harden before relighting, touching, or moving.

Shipping DamageWe understand that carriers can be rough with our packages, which is why we invest in insurance for each box through UPS. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at info@hollowoodathome.com, and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier
.Please note that we cannot issue any refunds until we receive approval from UPS. In most cases, UPS will send you the funds to cover the damaged items. You will need to place a new order to replace any damaged products. Additionally, do not discard any packing materials, as UPS will require photographs of the box and all damaged items.
