DIRECTIONS
2 oz for a medium size load
With our highly concentrated active ingredients, we do NOT recommend overfilling your laundry tub with clothes. It is best to work with a medium size load and about 2 oz of detergent. This way your laundry tumbles/swishes around in the tub and gets plenty of water and detergent on all the garments to ensure proper cleaning.
If you have lots of bubbles in your washing machine, decrease how much detergent you use.

Our typical processing time ranges from 2 to 5 business days, not including carrier transit time. We exclusively use UPS and USPS for shipping. Please note that during the summer months, we do not ship any wax products via USPS.

Shipping DamageWe understand that carriers can be rough with our packages, which is why we invest in insurance for each box through UPS. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at info@hollowoodathome.com, and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier
.Please note that we cannot issue any refunds until we receive approval from UPS. In most cases, UPS will send you the funds to cover the damaged items. You will need to place a new order to replace any damaged products. Additionally, do not discard any packing materials, as UPS will require photographs of the box and all damaged items.
